1. How about the delivery term?
We can accept EX-WORK, FOB, or CIF,CNF delivery term, just please let us know your requirement.
2. Can I negotiate the unit Prices?
Yes, we may consider discounts for multiple container load of mixed goods or bulk orders of individual products. Absolutely, we supply a lot of Hotels and Governments, and are happy to offer bulk discounts. Bulk orders are usually classed as more than 5 x 40"HQ container chairs, sofas or tables.
3. What is your minimum order requirement?
We can accept any order quantity, but we have difference delivery term for different order quantity, Full container load, we can make it more discounts, the unit price is depend on order quantity, the more quantity the less price. MOQ per EXW ( factory price ) order is that 50pcs chairs or 1set sofa with RMB payment. MOQ per FOB price is 1 x 40"HQ container with USD payment.
4. How long will it take to execute my order?
This depends on the quantity and complexity of the order. Please let us know the quantity and items number, so that we can advise a production schedule.
5. How can I know how my order is being done?
We will inspect and clean all merchandise make sure the goods in good conditions before shipping. Production photos of the order will be sent to you for your cargo release. The color of products on pictures may vary slightly from actual one due to photography, scanning, etc.
6. Can I visit you?
Sure, Sincerely we hope to have long-term business cooperation with all respectable company, warmly welcome to visit our factory, and welcome to give a comment. Please contact us by E-mail and mobile to make an appointment. We will pick up you to our factory.
7. Can you give guarantee of your products?
Yes, we can supply 2 years guarantee for our normal items. For the overseas orders, please provided emails with details including pictures, we will send replacements (Such as castors, screws, plastic pad of base) at our cost to repair the chairs in some coming orders.
8. Why would I need an office chair with a headrest?
A headrest should be height and depth adjustable to provide correct head and neck support. A headrest is helpful when you need to rest your head/neck to take the pressure, weight and stress off, also aiding correct upper spine posture. Most of Backworld's office chairs are available with good ergonomic headrests.
9. What happens if its delivered damaged?
No problem, we usually ask for photos to be sent through so we can ascertain what has been damaged. We will always replace the damaged in transit items where we can, with new ones - So a base of a chair is damaged, we will send out a replacement base etc..
